These Terms of Service govern your use of the Micky Tech Solutions website and the services we provide. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Micky Tech Solutions provides ICT services including networking, computer repair, software development, graphics design and hardware supply, as described on our Services page. Quoted prices are indicative and confirmed before work begins.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of quotation, via M-Pesa, cash or bank transfer. Work on custom projects typically requires a deposit before commencement.
Repair work carries a 30-day workmanship warranty. Hardware sold carries the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorised third-party repairs.
While we take great care with every project, Micky Tech Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services, except where required by Kenyan law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
